BUILD A BETTER NOW®

Interactive ideas that entertain and inspire

"I told my team after your keynote: ‘If we only had half of Greg’s energy, we would be amazing!’"

- Marco van Velthoven, LeasePlan

(The Netherlands)

Team building keynote speaker Greg Bennick helps teams focus and grow stronger through keynote presentations and trainings at conferences and association meetings worldwide.

He helps teams work more effectively, and thrive creatively. The future of work comes down to the future and potential of dynamic teams and the leaders who support them.

Greg’s keynotes are interactive and engaging, and his followup trainings infused with takeaways. As one client recently said, "Greg turns gravity into life lessons." We like that.

Greg shares insights about the power of reminding people that they matter. We can reduce turnover, guard against disruption, and inspire action. He explores the benefits of getting on track. With focus, we strengthen organizational culture and create space for possibilities to emerge.

When we FOCUS, opportunities are everywhere.

It is in the way we interact, how we think of ourselves, how we manage change and how we collaborate. The idea of working across silos is about shared value systems today. We can’t predict the future, but we can set ourselves on powerful, focused tracks to be ready for what’s to come.

As our curiousity and innovation drive us towards creative solutions, how will we move forward, and what will our future hold? Greg helps us define that by helping us refine why our team matters.

“A fantastic presentation…the agents loved all your takeaways!”

- Windermere Real Estate

“We’ve worked with many speakers and entertainers, but never before has someone taken the time and energy you did to get to know our niche industry. It was so well-received - I’ve been fielding texts from members all evening. It was exactly what our audience needed.”

- Karen Ladany, NAGGL

(virtual keynote)

Greg's work, his keynotes, and his book are all about realizing how important it is to inspire others to feel like they matter, to focus together, and in doing so, to create stronger teams.

Individual performance and organizational success all depend on teams knowing that they are part of something meaningful. The future of work is about people knowing that their contributions to innovation and collaboration actually matter.

Some key takeaways from the Build a Better Now® keynote:

• Remembering why we do what we do and realizing that what we do matters
• Realizing the importance of collaboration, the team, and our contribution to it
• Celebrating a feeling of shared vision, and focusing together on building a better now

“I have been impressed and affected by each of the keynote speakers at our conference, but you stand head and shoulders above the rest.”

FAIL BETTER: Don’t Be Afraid to Drop the Ball
A keynote for audiences in need of CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Greg is an expert in adapting to new situations and will offer your audience new ideas on how to manage change. A juggler who is fascinated by gravity as a metaphor: by catching constantly moving objects he learns to manage change. What do we learn about success from seemingly constant failures? The Seattle Times called him “A juggler of objects and concepts” and went on to say, “A juggler and inspirational speaker: it'd be hard for anybody to balance such extremes, but Bennick seems to do it with grace.”

What do you learn about success from a path where the journey is filled with mistakes? For a juggler, there is no escaping gravity. Along the way Greg has learned about change and creative courage, facing picking objects up and continuing on even when the path doesn’t seem clear. “Fail better,” a phrase often taken from Samuel Beckett’s writings about failing again and again and again, is a great image to use when connected with juggling and learnig to manage change.

(Perfect for any group looking to enhance positive mental attitude among their team members as they explore change management.)
