Need more noodles? Last week I posted a podcast about my perspectives on living for yourself, on your own terms, and tied this in to ideas from my book about how making decisions that go against the grain can lead to incredible possibilities (stay tuned for a keynote and writing on this topic in 2026!)
But today...my friend Bob Mathers has a GREAT podcast called Growth Mixtape Podcast with Bob Mathers and I was fortunate enough to be a repeat guest on it and talk about...you guessed it...noodles! Eat more of them, by yourself, more often, and it will help you build a better now (and possibly a better life too).
Here is what Bob said about this episode:
"Greg Bennick one of the most authentic, genuine people I know. Every conversation is full of hilarious stories about his nerdy hobbies. And inspiration on how to get back on track when life knocks you off course.
--> What if we leapt into the dark for the possibility of success?
--> What if we believed in the possibility of kindness to escape the trap of pessimism.
--> What if we avoided the comparisons that are stealing our joy?
It's my favourite kind of chat. About nothing really. And everything, all at once. Listen to my conversation with Greg on the Growth Mixtape podcast. Available everywhere you listen."
I love podcasts like this. No fluff. No sales. Just sincerity. At the end of the day, a keynote speaker, specifically a team-building keynote speaker, is having a conversation with an audience about why they matter, that we have limited time, and that we need to be authentic in how we approach the work we do and the life we lead. So who would want anything less than that for the conversations we have about work and where those conversations could lead us?
CHECK OUT THE PODCAST here. It is a great conversation. Perfect for your commute.
